Short version: we collect only what you send us, and we use it only to reply.
What we collect
When you submit the Capital Checkup form we collect the details you type in — your name, email address, company, role, what you're working on, raise or asset size, timeline, optional phone number, and your message. We also record basic context about how you arrived: the page you first landed on, the referring website, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule a conversation.
- To understand which channels bring us the right conversations.
That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in our managed database, which is only readable by Vesta. A copy of each submission is emailed to our team so we can respond quickly.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as they're useful to an active or potential working relationship, and delete them on request.
Your choices
Email zc@vestaconsulting.co at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll confirm once it's done.
Changes
