Why Vesta exists
There is a gap between advice and execution. Most advisory work stops at the recommendation: a deck review, a structure memo, a list of investors to try. Then the founder or the fund is alone again, doing the hardest part with the least help.
Deals rarely die because nobody wanted them. They die in structure — the wrong entity, terms that cannot carry the economics, materials that fall apart in diligence, a data room assembled two weeks too late. Demand was there. The vehicle was not.
The partners have sat on the fund side, the investor relations side, and the sponsor side. We have run reporting for capital that was already in the door, repositioned assets through exit, and sold partnership packages into renewals. Vesta is built to do that work with you, not to hand it back in a document.
